Perfectly Placed For The Big Party

We set up our booth **in the marquee**, just to the left as you walk in. It’s away from the dance floor but still very much part of the main room, with guests naturally passing by as they head to and from the bar.
That means the booth stays part of the action all evening.
Guests spot it, jump in on their way past and keep coming back throughout the night.
**We know the space. We know where the booth works. You just need to enjoy the party.**

While you're off having your couple portraits, catching up with guests or taking a moment together, your friends and family are creating memories of their own.
That's one of our favourite things about having a Viva La Booth at a wedding.

We've set up in the Ballroom, Blue Room, the foyer outside the Ballroom and across marquee events, so we're familiar with the different options available. We'll recommend the position that works best for your specific event, taking into account the room layout, guest flow and what else is happening on the day.
The photo booth requires approximately 3m² of space. Rudding Park offers plenty of room, even for larger celebrations.
Yes. The Blue Room is another space where we've set up previously. We'll work with the venue team to choose a position that complements the layout and keeps guests moving naturally through the space.
Yes. We've worked across marquee events at Rudding Park and can recommend the most suitable position based on your specific layout and how you're using the space.
Yes. Our Key Ring Experience is available as an upgrade and creates a personalised keepsake for your guests to take home. We've already provided the experience at Grantley Hall, including for the venue's own staff party with more than 250 guests.
